We have achieved 200,000 units cumulative shipments of dry vacuum pumps. We are deeply grateful for the patronage of many of our customers and tremendous support of the people involved.

Dry vacuum pumps have an essential part in the field of advanced technology such as physical and chemical research and semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing. We hold the No.1 market share position in Japan and the significant global market share as well.

We, with upcoming new plant which will start operations in December, will continue making efforts to meet the expectation of our customers and the local community.
